After selecting your items in the cart, proceed to the checkout page. Please review your order carefully, including the products, quantities, prices, and delivery details to ensure everything is accurate.

5. Choose Payment Method

We accept a variety of payment methods available on the website, including major credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, JCB, etc.), ensuring a safe and convenient payment process.

6. Confirm and Pay

Once you confirm your order and make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and other details.

7. Order Processing

Our processing time is 1 to 3 business days. After confirming your order, we will ship it as soon as possible. You can track the status of your order on our website.

8. Shipping

We currently offer shipping within Australia only. Expected shipping time is 6 to 10 business days after dispatch. Free shipping applies to orders of A$160 or more. Orders below A$160 incur a flat shipping fee of A$10.99.

9. Order Cancellation

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel it free of charge by contacting us via email with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, you can refuse the package or initiate a return according to our Return and Exchange Policy.

10. Return and Exchange

If the product is damaged, incorrect, or there is any quality issue, you can request a return within 40 days of receiving the product. The product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. You will be eligible for a full or partial refund.

If you want to exchange the product, it must be returned in its original packaging. In case of a quality defect or damage during shipping, we will exchange the product free of charge.

11. Refund

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the return is verified. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on the processing time of your bank, the refund may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
